Breastfeeding is one of the best ways to support you and your baby’s short- and long-term health. Breastmilk is the perfect diet for a newborn and is packed with healthy protein, fats, micronutrients, and antibodies that change to suit each individual baby and mother.

3 Step Rewind

3 step rewind for birth trauma:

This process can be used for anything relating to birth or postnatal trauma & miscarriage.

35% of parents describe their birth as traumatic, 9% of those parents go on to suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome, research has shown that holding onto stress in our body can manifest itself as many things physically later. This is not a therapy; it is a safe & effective technique through relaxation and guided imagery that can be used on a recent or previous event that is affecting your everyday life.

You will still have all your memories, although you will be able to experience them without the trauma, guilt, sadness, anxiety, or negative emotions, allowing you to progress & live your best life. You will be awake & in full control of yourself & your body at all times.


2-3 sessions required
